Privacy Policy
This policy describes information associated with visits to koruvest.com, emails sent to us, and our browser-based Brokerage Readiness Checker. It also distinguishes current site operations from advertising features that may be introduced in the future.
Who operates the site and how to reach us
This Privacy Policy applies to koruvest.com (“KoruVest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For questions about our handling of personal information, contact contact@koruvest.com or visit our Contact page.
Information associated with your visit
- Information you choose to send: When you email us, we receive the email address, name or other details included in your message, and any correspondence needed to respond.
- Technical and security information: Hosting and website systems may process an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, date and time, referral data, and error or security logs to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
- Aggregate search and performance data: We use search performance information, including Google Search Console reports, to understand which pages appear in Google Search and improve our content. Search Console reports alone are not proof that a separate analytics cookie is installed.
- Optional features: If we later enable a form, subscription service, comment feature, or another tool that collects information, we will describe its relevant data processing and update this policy as appropriate.
Brokerage Readiness Checker: your answers stay in your browser
Our Brokerage Readiness Checker asks for broad categories such as country of residence, general U.S. status, tax-identifier type, address availability, age eligibility, and relocation plans. It does not ask for the actual digits of your SSN or ITIN, your passport number, your name, or your street address.
The checker itself evaluates answers in your browser and does not submit, store, or transmit your answers to KoruVest. Ordinary requests for the webpage and its assets may still generate standard hosting or security logs. If you print or save your checklist, your browser and device control the resulting file or printout.
Please do not email sensitive identity documents, account credentials, actual tax identification numbers, or passport scans to KoruVest.
Cookies, local storage, and analytics
Website software may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms needed for basic operation, site administration, security, or user preferences. Cookie availability depends on your browser settings and the plugins or services enabled on the Site.
Hosting statistics and, where configured, analytics tools may process page views and device or browser information. We do not currently use affiliate referral tracking for commission-based links. Optional analytics or non-essential tracking technologies, if enabled, must be disclosed and managed according to applicable consent requirements.

Advertising status and future Google AdSense use
As of October 17, 2026, KoruVest is seeking Google AdSense approval; we do not currently display Google AdSense advertising. We do not currently operate affiliate marketing, and we do not place affiliate referral tracking links for commissions.
If Google AdSense advertising is activated, Google and other third-party vendors may place or read cookies, use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers, and serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites, depending on the products and settings involved. Google’s advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to provide personalized advertising. Other authorized advertising vendors may also use cookies if enabled.
Google explains how it uses information from partner sites in its partner-sites privacy information. You can manage ad personalization through Google My Ad Center, or find opt-out information for participating third parties at AdChoices.
Before activating advertising, we will review this policy, identify any relevant advertising partners, and implement notices and consent choices required by applicable law and Google’s publisher requirements, including an appropriate consent-management solution for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland where required.
How we use information
- To deliver and maintain our informational website and browser-based tools;
- To read and respond to messages you send us, including correction or privacy requests;
- To diagnose problems, maintain security, and reduce spam or abuse;
- To understand aggregate site performance and improve articles and navigation;
- To comply with legal duties and respond to lawful requests when required.
Service providers and disclosure of information
Information needed to operate the Site or handle correspondence may be processed by hosting, security, email, or other service providers used for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the website, or to address misuse.
KoruVest does not currently operate a business of selling visitor contact details or collecting affiliate commissions from visitor referrals. If future advertising activities involve data use legally characterized as a “sale” or “sharing” in a particular jurisdiction, we will review applicable notices and opt-out requirements before enabling those activities.
Data retention and security
We keep correspondence and technical records only as long as reasonably necessary for site operations, addressing requests, security, or applicable legal obligations. Exact retention periods can vary by record type and the hosting, logging, or email services involved.
We use reasonable security practices for a small informational website, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive financial account details or identity documents through ordinary email.

International visitors and children
KoruVest has an international readership. Depending on the services involved, technical information or email correspondence may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, with the protections applicable to the relevant provider and laws.
Our content is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can review and address the situation.
Third-party links
Our articles link to public government sources and financial service providers. Their privacy practices are controlled by those organizations, not KoruVest. We recommend reviewing their policies before submitting personal information or opening an account.
